By proceeding with the online KYC process, I/We confirm that I/We have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms and conditions governing the standing instructions and authorizations:

1. Consent for Electronic Documents: I/We authorize GEPL Capital Pvt. Ltd. ("GEPL") to provide all account-related documents, including but not limited to the account opening form, disclosures, and agreements, in electronic form.
2. Credit Instructions: I/We authorize GEPL to automatically credit funds into my/our account without requiring separate instructions for each transaction.
3. Account Operation through DDPI: I/We agree that my/our demat account shall be operated through the Demat Debit and Pledge Instruction (DDPI) mechanism upon my/our explicit consent.
4. Electronic Transaction & Holding Statements: I/We consent to receive transaction and holding statements electronically at the registered email ID of the Sole/First Holder as provided in the KYC form.
5. Sharing of Email ID with RTA: I/We authorize GEPL to share my/our registered email ID with the Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA) for regulatory and transactional communications.
6. Internet & Mobile Trading Facility: I/We authorize GEPL to provide access to trading platforms via internet-based trading, wireless technology, and mobile applications.
7. Receipt of Annual Reports & Account Statements: I/We opt to receive annual reports and statements of accounts in electronic format, as per applicable regulations.
8. Mode of Receiving Contract Notes & Account Statements: I/We opt to receive contract notes and account statements in electronic mode, in accordance with regulatory requirements.
9. Frequency of Account Statements: I/We opt to receive account statements on a weekly basis, in compliance with SEBI regulations.
10. Pledge Instructions: I/We authorize GEPL to accept pledge instructions in my/our demat account without requiring further confirmation.
11. Direct Credit of Dividends & Interest: I/We authorize the direct credit of dividends and interest into my/our bank account through the Electronic Clearing System (ECS) or other available modes.
12. Option for Delivery Instruction Slip (DIS) Booklet: I/We do not require a DIS booklet at the time of account opening; however, I/We may request issuance of a DIS booklet at any later date, and GEPL shall issue the same upon such request.
13. Declaration & Acknowledgment:
    1. I/We declare that the Know Your Client (KYC) details furnished by me/us are true, correct, and complete to the best of my/our knowledge and belief. I/We undertake to inform GEPL immediately of any changes thereto.
    2. In case of any false, untrue, misleading, or misrepresented information, I/We acknowledge that I/We may be held liable for the same.
    3. I/We consent to receiving information from SEBI-approved KYC Registration Agencies (KRA) / Central KYC Registry via SMS or email at my/our registered mobile number and email address.
    4. For Aadhaar-based KYC, I/We acknowledge that my/our KYC request shall be validated against Aadhaar details. I/We consent to sharing my/our masked Aadhaar card with a readable QR code, Aadhaar XML, or Digi locker XML file (along with the passcode, where applicable) with KRA / Central KYC Registry / FATCA and other intermediaries with whom I/We have a business relationship for KYC purposes only.
    5. I/We acknowledge that my/our trading and demat account will be opened as per the name available in the Income Tax database.
    6. I/We consent to GEPL retrieving my/our KYC data from the respective KRA agency and using it for KYC/Re-KYC processing of my/our account.
